Life & Leadership Coaching

I am also a life and leadership coach pursuing accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I have 8 years’ experience in charity leadership as an Associate CEO and am a practising Paediatrician with 17 years’ experience in the medial field, with degrees in Medicine and Psychology.

 

In our fast-paced world, many people I meet struggle to ‘lead themselves’, feeling stuck with life and career decisions not knowing how to prioritise what is important to them. Advice and information are aplenty, but it is the support structure, encouragement and friendly accountability that is often needed for longstanding change. Through careful listening, asking questions and agreeing measurable action steps, coaching explores the strategies and support structures that leaders and teams need to succeed.

Who I work with

Individuals

This is often leaders or aspiring leaders - to better understand their values and goals and to make a good decision, but more than that, to grow to become life-long great decision makers.

Teams

I help teams understand their culture, values, and mission. I help them explore where dysfunctions may be present and create plans to achieve their goals. I can run group/team training sessions with another facilitator with relevant expertise and experience. Some of this work can have a consulting approach including individual and team assessments, advice, and written recommendations.

Before confirming a session, I suggest a phone call to discuss your aims. If I can help, I will ask you to complete a questionnaire which gives background information and helps us to focus our sessions. We’ll also clarify expectations by signing a coaching agreement. We’ll then have an initial 90-minute session where we’ll finalise the goals you want to work on, and I will summarise the session in writing with a plan of action you can start on immediately. Subsequent sessions can be booked either ad-hoc or as a block of 6.

Fees

Life and leadership coaching fees differ to medical fees and are means tested according to household income. Please contact me to find out more.

 

Exploratory 20-minute telephone conversation – Free

 

Initial session (90 minutes) including review of information and questionnaires

Review session (60 minutes) with relevant email contact 

​

Team coaching session (120 minutes up to 6 people)

​

Deposit is 50% with balance paid on completion of session/bundle
