Coaching & Leadership

I work as a coach pursuing accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. I have 8 years’ experience in charity leadership leading teams and developing multiplying volunteer programmes. I have employed a coach approach in my leadership roles working with those in healthcare and in third sector leadership.

Personal & Family

I have been married for 17 years and have 4 children of my own. My passion is walking alongside and supporting parents, children, and young people in a holistic fashion. I have spent significant amounts of time walking alongside families to help understand diagnoses and devise management plans to help address the complexities of diagnoses as well as family life.
